We have been working with Joe and his team for over ten years, through two home purchases and one sale. Joe is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely well connected with other agents and professionals involved in the business (loan officers, lawyers, inspectors, stagers, and so on). He did an amazing job of helping us market our home when we put it up for sale. And his guidance was invaluable when we were preparing an offer for the home that we ultimately purchased.
